I release and hold harmless Learn Beyond The Book, LLC, its owners, officers, and operators from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action whatsoever, arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by the participant and/or the undersigned, while in or upon the premises or any premises under the control and supervision of Learn Beyond The Book, its owners and operators or in route to or from any of said premises, except due to gross negligence or willful dangerous acts by staff.

I consent to being included in photographs, slides, or movies taken at the Learn Beyond The Book Summit that might be used for purposes of publicity. (If you have an objection, please email [email protected] to request to be excluded.)

I understand that Learn Beyond The Book is deeply committed to creating a welcoming and intentionally inclusive environment where everyone feels valued. In order to keep the event supportive and inclusive for all, I will not engage in political, or otherwise divisive, controversial topics or proselytizing any beliefs. I will, instead, focus on what unites us: our children, their love of learning, and the friendships and community we build together.

The Summit registration fee is non-refundable after April 15.
